It is with deep sadness that we inform you of the passing away of Marhuma Zareena Virani, who passed away on Thursday, December 18, 2025, in Karachi, Pakistan and was buried there on the same day.
The Esale Sawab Majlis will be held today, December 18, 2025, at the ISIJ of Toronto, in conjunction with the Thursday night program.
Marhuma was the daughter of Turab Ali Virani
Marhuma was the sister of Mumtaz Abbas Nanji (Richmond Hill), Yusuf Virani (Brampton), Abbas Virani (Houston), Marhum Yaqoob Virani (Orlando), Marhum Mehboob Virani (Houston), Hussain Virani (Karachi), Parveen Kanji (Karachi), and Shireen Rashid (Karachi).
Marhuma was also the sister-in-law of Gulam Abbas Nanji of Richmond Hill.
May Almighty Allah (swt) rest the Marhuma’s departed soul in eternal peace in Jannah and give the family the fortitude to bear this monumental loss – Ameen.
Surah Al-Fatiha is requested for Marhuma Zarina Virani and all other Marhumeen.
